If you request a consultation or contact the firm, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, type of matter, preferred date and time, and the message or other information you choose to provide. We also receive information you send in later emails, telephone calls, or other correspondence.

Technical and usage information. Our website, hosting, security, and maintenance systems may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referral information, date and time, security events, server logs, and cookie choices. The consultation form stores the submitted fields and the submitting IP address in WordPress and sends the enquiry to the firm by email.

Sensitive information. We do not ask you to submit Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, medical records, or similarly sensitive material through the public form. A legal enquiry can nevertheless reveal sensitive facts. Please provide only the minimum information needed for an initial response.
